At Jumbo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Jumbo account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
